RAYPLICATE project Empowers Malaga's testbed with a Cutting-Edge Digital Twin Platform! 🌐🚀 Digital twins are set to play an essential role in the testing and deployment of 6G technologies — from providing in-depth insights during pre-deployment phases to streamlining the rollout of new capabilities. A calibrated digital twin is the key to unlocking the full potential of 6G. 🔹 Field Measurement Campaign in Malaga: ✅ 📍 Different Environments: Keysight, in collaboration with Siradel Engie and the University of Malaga (UMA), conducted extensive field measurements in Malaga’s downtown area (urban area with narrow streets) and the Ada Byron Building (open area with parking lots and trees) at the university campus. ✅ 🌐 Ray Tracing Integration: The objective? To validate, calibrate, and enhance the performance of the digital twin by comparing the output of the digital twin to the physical measurements and integrating the ray tracer (Siradel Volcano 5G) into Keysight’s digital twin platform to enhance the performance. ✅ 📈 Optimized 6G Scenarios: This initiative ensures precise emulation of real-world conditions, enabling more accurate testing and assessment of emerging 6G network scenarios. By aligning the digital twin with physical measurements, this collaboration sets the stage for robust, next-gen network solutions, accelerating the path to 6G.
