Introduction to Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma | Epidemiology, Risk Factors, Staging, & Prognostication

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is the most common type of lymphoma and consists of many different subtypes. Before diving into any of these subtypes, familiarize yourself with the basics of non-Hodgkin's. This video explains the initial workup and path to diagnosis of NHL including laboratory testing, imaging, and pathology needed. We also discuss some high yield genetic, disease, and drug associations. Finally, we discuss the Ann Arbor staging system for lymphoma and the various forms of the International Prognostic Index for various subtypes of NHL.
