Building a Gigantic Full-Sized Handwired Mechanical Keyboard

I don't like full-sized mechanical keyboards but my parents, on the other hand, can't live without them. That's why for Christmas I decided to design and build a new board called the Scotto108, a full-sized 108-key handwired mechanical keyboard. I used Outemu silver switches in the build shown in this video along with some lubed stabilizers. The keycaps were fully 3D printed on my Bambu Lab P1S with an AMS and the case on an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max. ~ Links ~ Find out more about the project: Donations are greatly appreciated: Become a patron: Neptune 4 Max: Pearlescent Filament: ~ Handwiring Tools ~ TS100 Soldering Iron: D24 Chisel Tip: 63/37 Solder: Wire Strippers: Electric Screwdriver: ~ Handwiring Parts ~ 1N4148 Diodes: 16g Copper Wire: Raspberry Pi Pico: Arduino Pro Micro: Ethernet Cable: M2x6mm Screws: M2x8mm Spacer: M2 Heat Set Insert: Durock Stabilizers: ~ 3D Printing ~ Ender-3 Pro: Ender-3 Max: PEI Magnetic Bed: Dual Z Upgrade: BLTouch Auto-Leveling: Sonic Pad: Deburring Tool: Elegoo Filament: ~ Favorite Cheap Switches ~ Gateron Milky Yellow: Akko Lavender Purple: ~ Social ~ ~ Community ~ ScottoKeebs Discord: Handwired Keyboards Reddit: ~ Disclaimer ~ Some links may be affiliate links where I will make a small commission. ~ Timestamps ~ 0:00 - Intro 0:37 - Case 1:59 - Switches 2:22 - Stabilizers 2:31 - Columns 3:04 - Rows 4:18 - Controller 4:45 - Wiring 5:16 - Assembly 5:42 - Keycaps 7:00 - Typing 7:18 - Outro #mechanicalkeyboard #3dprinting #raspberrypi
