Learn the Prop Motion Framework - Club Juggling Tutorial - Spintegration Series

Understand how to juggle using the physics of motion that is always present under the surface of your tricks. Learn how and when you can conserve the energy of a prop in motion to achieve a smoother juggling style and make your practice more efficient. This informative tutorial lays out the various ways you can interact with the energy and momentum of your clubs in a very practical way. This tutorial does not have any prerequisites, but hands-on experience with your prop will help with understanding. These concepts can be applied to many juggling props, most obviously, clubs, poi, staff, hoops and rings. This tutorial is intended to be more broadly informative rather than to teach a specific trick, though there are still plenty of useful little drills sprinkled throughout! Questions are encouraged in the comments. Awareness of these concepts experientially is one of the most important things I've learned about club juggling. It has become a defining aspect of my practice, and I hope this framework makes it more accessible for others to benefit from. For quick reference, the 3 main categories of interaction are: Non-Conserved Partially Conserved - On the Catch/On the Throw Fully Conserved - Transitionally/Rotationally Recommended Related Content: "The 4 Spin Variants" (A more in depth look at the Partially Conserved category primarily.)
