Kino's Mess is one of the more useful and accessible tricks in the "Flow Juggling" and "Spintegration" style and can provide a foundation for more challenging tricks such as Seb's Mess and windmills. It is also an excellent pattern to incorporate more spinning into your juggling. The pattern is 3 beats in a vertical flat fashion, but unlike Mill's Mess, does not include any cross armed throws.
