Why and How I Wake Up at 3 A.M. Every Morning - Winter Bulk Day 14

Shoutout to Adam on his bench PR attempt, he'll get it very soon and will be on his way to 225. I wake up at 3 A.M. because there are no distractions and I need to record my morning workout without interruption, period. Follow through with your word, if you say you're going to do something do it or else you're training the weak impulsive part of your brain to reinforce bad actions. I fear of the consequences of not keeping that promise I had made for myself, it's hard but not even a choice - I must get up at that time every morning. I'm reintroducing deadlifts back into my program because of an interest in powerlifting, I need to start light and have a slow progression with them because I've had issues with them in the past. It's weird having my squat and bench stronger than my deadlift. Deadlift Back: Pullups, Cable Back Rows Chest: Incline bench press, Pec Fly Machine Triceps: Dips, Rope Pulldown 194.3 pounds, 6'2", bulking, myofibrillar hypertrophy.
