As part of an ongoing series of video tutorials that can be found on the Adobe Animate CC start screen (2019) here's how you can animate characters more easily using the new Layer Parenting tool. These videos have to be less than 5 minutes long so I had to move quickly. They are designed to give the viewer an overview as opposed to a deep dive into any detailed features.
