In this video I am making an adjustable router jig for square, rectangle holes and recesses. ► For more details check out my website: ► Tutorial and Plans available: ► ALL Woodworking Plans: I already created a router guide for dados and grooves ( ), but I found out that an adjustable router template for squares, rectangles and recesses would come in handy for multiple projects. This is what I am building today. The guide can be adjusted to square, rectangle and non square shapes up to 35 x 35cm. I was making this project on budget using material that is easily available and does not cost much (see list below). Apart from the router guide I also built a circle router base / subbase needed for the guide ( ) to get accurate router cuts.
