Welcome back to my little world 🍂 It started raining today, and autumn is finally here. Let's slow down together, light some candles, listen to the rain, and spend two cozy days at home cooking, baking, and creating with our hands. In this video: brewing special tea by candlelight, making homemade tortilla bread, painting handmade ceramic spoons, a homemade shawarma dinner with tahini sauce and fresh salad, painting a cozy autumn cushion, and baking an apple pie with apples from the garden. 🍎☕🕯️ ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 Welcome to my little world 0:55 First autumn rain 1:45 Special tea by candlelight 5:27 Making tortilla dough 6:28 Painting handmade ceramic spoons 9:53 Preparing dinner – shawarma marinade 11:15 Spicy salad & tahini sauce 13:39 Cooking homemade tortilla bread 15:59 Making shawarma sandwiches 17:34 Dinner with my loved ones 18:00 Autumn sunset 18:13 The next day 18:45 Painting a cozy cushion for the kitchen 21:27 Apples from the garden 22:34 Making the apple filling 24:59 Baking an apple pie 29:31 Tasting 30:25 Until we meet again 🌮 Homemade Tortilla Bread 3 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ cup oil, about 1 cup warm water 🥩 Meat Marinade Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar 🥗 Salad Blended hot peppers & onion, chopped tomatoes, dill, lemon, olive oil, salt 🥣 Tahini Sauce Tahini, lemon, salt 🍎 Apple Pie Filling Apples, butter, sugar, cinnamon, lemon, cornstarch Topped with a milk wash and almonds Thank you for being part of my little world.
