A Wonder Walk, from here to there— Magic things are everywhere. Step by step and hop by hop, Let’s explore each fun-filled stop. With bright blue skies and sunshine beams, This walk is full of shiny dreams! First we see a tiny ant, Carrying food—it’s such a champ. Marching proudly in a line, Working hard and feeling fine. Next we spot a butterfly, Painting rainbows in the sky. Orange wings that flap so light, Glowing brightly in the sunlight. Then we hear a tweet-tweet song, A little bird sings all day long. Up on a branch it swings so high, Singing music in the sky. Look! A squirrel with fluffy tail, Running fast along the trail. Hiding nuts beneath a tree, As busy as busy can be. We pass a pond so calm and cool, Where frogs say “ribbit!”—that’s the rule. A little duck goes quack-quack-quack, Wiggling feathers front and back. The water sparkles like a star, Shining bright from near and far. The fish below swim left and right, Sparkling silver in the light. Now follow me to Flower Street, Where colors bloom and smell so sweet. Red roses wave a lovely hello, Daisies dance with a gentle glow. A busy bee goes buzz-buzz-buzz, Doing work like grown-ups does. Picking pollen, flying free, Making honey happily. Now let’s jump onto Rainbow Road, A magic place where stories grow. Every step turns colors bright, Pink and purple, green and white. We hop on clouds soft as dough, Feeling winds that lightly blow. A unicorn with sparkly hair Greets us with a gentle stare. “Hello kids, welcome today, Have fun as you laugh and play.” Its silver horn begins to glow, Sprinkling stars above the snow. We then reach Candy Land so sweet, Gumdrops line the candy street. Chocolate rivers flowing slow, Cotton-candy hills in a row. But we don’t eat—no, not too much, Just look around, but don’t you touch! Because after fun, we must stay strong, Healthy habits all day long. Our Wonder Walk is not yet done, There’s still more magic, still more fun! We step into the Forest Bright, Where fireflies shine in the night. Twinkling lights go blink-blink-blink, Like tiny stars that dance and wink. A wise old owl says, “Whoo-whoo-whoo, I’ve been waiting here for you!” It shows us trees that stretch so tall, Leaves that whisper as they fall. We touch the bark—so rough and old, Nature’s stories still untold. Then suddenly—what’s this we see? A tiny glowing mystery! In this poem, children explore nature with butterflies, birds, squirrels, ducks, flowers, rainbows, fairies, and sparkling stars! 🌸🦋✨ The rhyme is read in a slow, gentle female voice to help kids understand each word clearly. She twirls in circles, left and right, Leaving sparkles shining bright. “Thanks for walking through my land, Holding nature’s gentle hand.” Now back we go along the trail, Past the pond and squirrel tail. Past flowers sweet and birds so free, Past butterflies and bumblebee. The sun begins to slowly rest, Painting sky in colors best. Orange, pink, and purple shades Glow across the hills and glades. Our Wonder Walk now ends today, But fun will never go away. Just close your eyes at bedtime soon, And dream beneath the silver moon. Dream of stars and magic lands, Dream of fairies holding hands. Dream of forests, ponds, and streams, Dream of clouds and candy dreams. But when you wake and rise anew, More wonders wait for me and you! For every day—if you just look— Life is a magical storybook. So take a step, and take a peek, Adventure comes each day, each week. With happy hearts and minds so bright, We’ll walk again—tomorrow night! The End
