Handcrafted Double-Sided Serving Tray I love bringing joy to others whenever I can. This large serving tray for healthy treats turned out to be a wonderful gift, and it has already found its new owner. I can honestly say that seeing their happiness filled me with great satisfaction. I sketched a flowing curve onto the wood and cut it out with a jigsaw, giving the piece a graceful, fairy-like shape. Then I used an hand milling machine to carve the dimples—four of them—in whatever organic form I desired. The sanding was intense and seemed endless at times, but in the end it was absolutely worth the effort. I finished the tray with four coats of clear varnish, and once everything was dry, it was ready to make someone very happy. The tray can be used on both sides. Velik pladenj za zdrave dobrote je zelo lepo darilo, katero je že dobilo lastnika. Lahko rečem, da sem čutil veliko zadovoljstvo od srečne duše. Na les sem narisal krivuljo in jo izrezal z vbodno žago. Dobil sem obliko vijugaste pravljične mojstrovine. Nato sem z ročnim rezkalnikom, štirikrat, z dolbenjem naredil vdolbine v poljubno obliko. Brušenje je bilo zame veliko preveč, a na koncu se je splačalo. Izdelek sem premazal s štirimi sloji prozornega laka. Ko se je vse posušilo, je bil čas, da nekoga zelo osrečim.
