Monster 6502 Now Powers a Retrocomputer

Eric Schlaepfer has been hard at work over the past year to build an interface board for the discrete 6502 processor he unveiled last May. The 6502 is a well-known processor found in all kinds of retro computers and gaming systems. Last year he build a discrete version of the 6502; instead of a small integrated-circuit this is a huge circuit board with individual transistors making up all for the chips (once) inner workings. This year he's turned that discrete processor into a full-blown computer. In this video he shows off his Monster Interface Module called the MIM-1 by manipulating registers, and running a retro game he developed himself. Read the article: See last year's video:
