Cisco Security 101 - Secure Access

Yes, Cisco were a bit late to the SSE party... but that’s turned out to be a good thing. It's meant that they could look at solutions on the market from other vendors, see where they fell short and understand what they had to do in order to fill these holes. Cisco Secure Access is the natural evolution of Umbrella, with some elements of DUO Baked in – keeping all the things we love (DNS-layer security, SWG, CASB, FWaaS) – and adding Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) to securely connect users to private apps without the pain of legacy VPNs. The aim is to have a very secure solution, but one that has little to no impact on the user experience. 🙋 So, what makes it 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁?   • True zero-trust access: identity and context-aware   • Consistent policy enforcement across SaaS, web and private apps   • Unified policy engine with it's integration with Security Cloud Control   • Designed with user experience and operational simplicity at its core @Cisco @CiscoSecurity
