DIY LED Light From Recycled Vape Batteries TP4056 + BMS + Power LEDs Project

Today, I decided to give new life to old and unused electronic cigarettes instead of throwing them away! ♻️ I removed the Li-ion batteries, tested each one, and combined the good cells into a powerful battery pack 🔋 Then I added a BMS protection circuit and a TP4056 charging module to make it completely safe and rechargeable. With this battery pack, I powered 12 parallel 1-watt power LEDs 💡 To protect the LEDs and keep them running safely, I connected two 10-ohm resistors in parallel, limiting the current perfectly. The result? 🔧 A strong, long-lasting LED light made entirely from recycled parts — zero cost and 100% functionality! 🚀 This project shows how you can reuse old vape batteries, build your own DIY lighting project, and save money while protecting the environment 🌍 If you’re into electronics, recycling, and creative builds, you’ll love this one! 💬 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share your thoughts in the comments!
