Rotation is life. It's in our daily movements and nearly every athletic activity. You don't have to go over the top with rotational work as just getting stronger will help, but improving your speed and technique will help you generate more power. The kettlebell is a powerful too to do just that. Here are three exercises I use in my programs (relatively sparingly compared to more basic movements). 1. Rotational around the body to Hold 2. Two hand rotational Swing 3. One Arm Rotational Swing Give these a try! If you're ready to up your kettlebell game check out the Elements Challenge. This 8 week program will give you all the tools and programming to get leaner, stronger and more proficient with your kettlebell -M
