A driver takes off on Chief Bradley Taylor and Sgt. Clayton Dillion when they discover he doesn’t have a valid license. The Hazen, Arkansas, officers pursue the suspect from the highway to rural roads, reaching speeds of 120 mph while attempting a tactical vehicle intervention six times.
