Dying Light 2 was a controversial sequel when it came out as it had to compete with its predecessor. However, with dying lights the beast coming out this year I figured it would be a good time to revisit dying light 2’s story, characters, gameplay and break them down to see what it did well and what it did poorly. I also look at the improvements and additions the game has included since launch, such as the new guns, co-op mechanics, and the introduction of New Game+. Although I do praise dying light 2 in this video. No game is perfect, and I share my thoughts on the glitches, repetitive tasks, and some of the story's missed opportunities.
