We have a small yard at home, and occasionally, cats pass by. I can't bear to see them go hungry, so I put some cat food in the yard. Unexpectedly, cats did come to eat, but most were very cautious, running away as soon as they saw a human figure. Some never returned after a few visits. Only that little orange cat was different. The first time I saw it, it was as timid as other stray cats, cautiously pacing around the yard, vigilantly looking around, and fleeing at the slightest movement. That day, as usual, I placed cat food in the yard, not expecting it to return.
