Making an Edwardian bust improver

Hello everyone and welcome to a new video! In my endeavors to create a new set of undergarments for the turn of the century/early Edwardian period, I have so far made a corset and combinations. I will link those videos below. However, the journey was not complete. While researching the Edwardian silhouette, I came across this wonderful blog post by Atelier Nostalgia: This blog post was a GOD SEND and it features such wonderful comparisons between the different undergarments and their effect. This was the last push I needed to make a bust improver. My bust size is quite small so I thought it was the help I needed for that perfect silhouette. This was a very quick and easy project, I drafted my own pattern based on an extant bust improver from the LACMA museum ( ).
