Slide move the smps fan for milliseconds and stop working smps. The problem was very difficult to find out. But we are find the problem and repair the SMPS. It was 1N4148 zener problem. If you measure the zener, the zener reading was ok. You can change position 1,2 with 3,4. And problem will be slove.
