This week I’m out with something very different – the OM‑1 Mark II, a micro four thirds camera that’s a world apart from my usual medium format system. It’s a featherweight kit, but can it keep up when the goal is to find intimate landscapes? The day begins in the quiet comfort of my campervan, looking over the lenses OM have loaned me: a telephoto, a wide angle and, of course, a macro. Out in the field I set myself a challenge – one image with each lens, each one good enough for the end gallery. Can a camera this small really deliver? Or is there more to photography than megapixels and sensor size. OM - SYSTEMS - Currently £ cashback on the OM1 MKII until the 17th August 2025.
