Paramount Television Studios, formerly the second incarnation of Paramount Television, was established on 4th March 2013 by Viacom as the television arm of Paramount Pictures, following an emerging vigorous business with the expansion of streaming services. On 13th August 2024, after significant staff layoffs, it was announced that Paramount Television Studios would shut down by the end of the week, with any future projects shifting to sister company CBS Studios.
