Robert and Mary's story: Robert is a young man with a physical disability. He suffered a serious brain haemorrhage at birth. He uses a wheelchair and cannot speak. He lives at home with his parents who supply all his personal care as there are no other options for him. Every Australian Counts is the campaign for the introduction of a National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIS will revolutionise the way people with a disability, their families and carers are supported in this country.
