Parallax is the displacement (within art, for example) of an object or plane (fore, middle and background) that gives the illusion that objects furthest from us move slowly, and quicker the closer to us. "Us", being Point-Of-View, and in animation: the camera. Tied to Perspective, Toonsquid has now made this manually keyframable effect 'automatic' via a Depth Percentage slider. It was a bit difficult for me to initially grasp, but I hope I have provided some clarity regarding it. I am still in the experimental stages with the effect as well, and hope to have some more complex investigations in animation regarding it in the near future.
