You know how this goes by now, for the first cycle we will only use shields, for the new game plus cycle we will only use fist weapons and for the final cycle we will only use whips. I’ll be starting each cycle with just a basic weapon from that class and I’ll be restricting my upgrade materials for new game plus and new game plus plus because starting the cycle with a max upgraded weapon is way too easy, we gotta have some challenge in there. In the previous two games we did this, the shields and fist weapons ended up being kinda good and then the whips were awful. Will Dark Souls 2 follow suit? Well there’s only one way to find out!
