This video will walk you thru the replacement process of the cooling fan and the hard drive on the Tivo Roamin OTA DVR. I purchased two of these back in 2016. About one year ago one of them developed a fan motor noise. About one month ago, July 2021, the hard drive failed on the second one. There are companies out there that will make these repairs for you, but if your like me you won't want to pay the high cost of those repairs. My two Tivo Roamin OTA DVR's were both 1TB hard drives.
