How I turned a 3D scan into a digital shoemaking last

3D printing is full of exciting possibilities for DIY shoemaking, but first I needed to figure out how to digitize my tools! Find out how I made a 3D model of my wooden shoemaking last and prepared it for use in future projects. The smartphone camera I used to make the 3D scan is a 3-year old iPhone SE (2nd Gen), which I also used to shoot most of the footage (meta footage of me using that phone to make the scan was shot on an even older iPhone).
