Work completed since last video: - Bar welded in to support fuel tank - Fuel tank installed - Fuel system plumbed - Primer/breather pipe added - Faulty fuel pump replaced - Hand throttle wired in - Wiring tidied up and main On Off switch added - 18lb valve springs installed - Valve lash set to intake and exhuast (cold) - Throttle assemly adjusted to accept throttle cable and connected - Tachometer added - Main jet cleaned and slightly increased in diameter over stock using a small nail in a drill Next steps: - Try full power in a safe area (full power was not attempted on this video) - Add another throttle spring to aid throttle return - Feel thrust and try and fly it! - If not enough power, then add more upgrades - upgrade exhaust, camshaft, flywheel and advance timing.
