This session explores how road infrastructure impacts the safety of road users, especially pedestrians and cyclists, and how data can empower cities to make smarter, data-based decisions to improve safety and reduce risks. Two innovation projects focused on improving urban road safety will be presented: ROADSCOR and SAFELIGHT.
