In this video, I replace the stepper motors with servo motors, replace the Mach3 controller with a Masso G3 Touch controller, and swap out my 2.2 kw spindle with a 2.5 kw ATC spindle. I also add a hand-wheel pendant controller, a spindle tool release button, a tool height setter, and wire up a 3D touch probe. I machine some aluminum motor mounts using my Super Prolight CNC mill and make some metal brackets using my DIY fiber laser cutter….hope you enjoy!
