How does this impact your role and the one I’m interviewing for? ⚡ Supercharge: Research positive changes at the company and ask about that change (new funding, new partnership, opening a new office/site, merger/acquisition, etc). 5️⃣ Killer Question 5: What is it like to work here? ⚡ Supercharge: Ask the interviewer to share their ideas on what is going well and what needs improvement.
