Asking these questions will leave a lasting impression while earning you key insights about the role and company so that when you get the offer, you have lots of information to help with your decision. ------- ⚡ TLDR 1️⃣ Killer Question 1: What does success look like in this role? ⚡ Supercharge: Share success criteria for your current / past role before asking how success is measured in THIS role. 2️⃣ Killer Question 2: How do you see this industry evolving in the next 3-5 years? ⚡ Supercharge: Share a trend that YOU foresee impacting the industry, and asking the interviewer how THEY see that trend impacting the industry. 3️⃣ Killer Question 3: How do you see this company winning in this market? ⚡ Supercharge: Ask a question that shows that you have a perspective on (1) this company’s strengths and current approach to building their business and (2) other key players in the market and their strengths. 4️⃣ Killer Question 4: The company is doing well! How does this impact your role and the one I’m interviewing for? ⚡ Supercharge: Research positive changes at the company and ask about that change (new funding, new partnership, opening a new office/site, merger/acquisition, etc). 5️⃣ Killer Question 5: What is it like to work here? ⚡ Supercharge: Ask the interviewer to share their ideas on what is going well and what needs improvement.
