This video presents an overview and animation of how the Pytorch Datasets and Dataloaders work. It illustrates the inner workings of these classes, to provide a working model of what is happening "under the hood". Deep learning model require large amounts of data in order to reach super-human performance. Loading and pre-processing these large amounts of data requires specialized algorithms, to do so in a computationally efficient manner. The Pytorch Dataset and DataLoader classes which are discussed in this video, automate these processes, using easy-to-use interface.
