🔺There’s something unsettling about places that are beautiful for the wrong reasons. A frozen forest at the very edge of a megacity — close enough to hear the hum of the neon, but far enough to forget you were ever part of it. Snow piling up on top of forgotten pathways, old lamps still glowing even though no one has walked here in years… like the world didn’t realize everyone left. The music follows that feeling. Ethereal, dreamy, peaceful — but with a hint of dystopia underneath. Soft enough to slow your breathing, hypnotic enough to take you somewhere else, and distant enough to make the city feel like it’s happening in another universe entirely. This is a place between two worlds: the forest that doesn’t care who you are, and the city that never knew your name. Rest, drift, study, escape — whatever you need this for, the door is open. Sidenote: The sub bass is a bit too strong in this one. Sorry for that. I was using a pair of flat headphones when I mixed this, and went a bit overboard on the bass frequencies.
