Water Damaged Champion Log Splitter Engine Rebuild

Last week we pulled this locked up engine off a log splitter. The valves and piston were rusted and stuck. Despite all the water damage, I believe this engine can be rebuilt and run again. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors.
