In 1912, the Carpathia responded to the Titanic's SOS call and was responsible for bringing the Titanic's remaining survivors to New York, a destination the Titanic was unable to reach. She helped save over 700 passengers and was labelled as a hero. However, in 1918 - during the 1st World War - she suffered her own fate after being torpedoed by a German U-55 submarine. Despite, her sinking not being the a big maritime disaster, in terms of death, 5 people still lost their lives. This video is a type of tribute for her 100th anniversary since her fate.
