I got this tip from a service I used, but the creators of the test often try to trick you and throw in different similar answers to what the actual correct answer is. Usually they put the correct answer towards the bottom, that being C or D. Second tip: Take Practice tests and purchase a study aid to pass your mortgage exam. Study's show that taking practice tests is one of the most effective ways to study. Taking practice tests to pass your NMLS Safe Mortgage Exam is very important.
