SILVER MEDAL - My Full Stand-Up Comedy Special 🥈 On July 4th, 2026, I stepped onto the stage in Bangalore to perform one of the most personal shows I’ve ever written. Just two days earlier, I had turned 25. So this wasn’t just another show. It was my 25th Birthday Special. And that’s one of the reasons I called it SILVER MEDAL - my Silver Jubilee birthday. But the name means much more than that... For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt like I’ve always been second place. The world celebrates the Gold Medal. It remembers the winner. Nobody really remembers who came second. But I’ve made peace with that. I don’t want to be a Gold Medal. I’m okay being a Silver Medal. All I want is to be remembered. In 2016, a career-defining football match came to a heartbreaking end. I had worked incredibly hard to become a footballer, but that day, a Silver Medal was placed around my neck. It hurt. But I didn’t stop. I continued playing football, hoping that somehow, someday, I would make it in India as a professional footballer. But God had other plans for me. In 2021, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life. I quit professional football. And I took a leap into stand-up comedy. And the rest… is history. Looking back now, I realise something: Sometimes, giving up on one dream is how you make room for the one you were truly meant for. This show is about failure, dreams, heartbreak, football, comedy, growing up, and learning to be okay with not always being number one. But most importantly, it’s about finding your own definition of success. So here it is. SILVER MEDAL🥈 My full stand-up comedy special. FREE. ON YOUTUBE.
