In this video I'll restore the legendary IBM Model M keyboard. The plastic is yellowed and dirty and the cable is broken. I will retrobright the plastic and mod the keyboard by adding an easily replacable USB cable so it works for a new PC and the cable will be easy to replace. This is a non destructive mod so it will be very easy for anyone to reverse the process if they want it to have the original PS/2 style cable.
