FFMPEG + libx264 Compiling On Windows With MSVC: The Complete Walkthrough

Today we are compiling FFmpeg with libx264 on Windows 10, using MSVC (Microsoft Visual C++) as compiler. First we compile libx264 in order to be included later. Then we compile FFmpeg with all the necessary flags. In the end, we test our result. I tried to explain the whole process and the meaning of all the flags.
