This video covers the digital input setup. I did a modification of the juice press I made last year. It was kind of working but that was not what I was expecting. Recently I decided to modify the drive from stepper motor and belt to AC servo with a 1:30 reducer. Now with about 72Nm on the screw it works great, maintaining a constant pressure.
