😱 Arduino + Qualcomm = The Most Powerful UNO Ever! | MALAYALAM

Qualcomm has officially acquired Arduino, one of the most loved open-source hardware platforms and they’ve launched a brand-new board, the Arduino UNO Q! The board features a "dual brain" design combining a quad-core Qualcomm Dragonwing QRB2210 processor (Arm Cortex-A53, up to 2 GHz, Adreno GPU) capable of running Linux (Debian) and a real-time STM32U585 microcontroller (Arm Cortex-M33, up to 160 MHz). 2GB LPDDR4 RAM and 16GB eMMC storage (with a 4GB/32GB variant planned), providing Raspberry Pi-like standalone computing. Built-in AI acceleration, GPU for graphics, and dual ISP support for video/camera applications, with the ability to handle two 13 MP or one 25 MP video streams at 30 FPS. Connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C with host/device and video out, I2C/I3C, SPI, CAN, UART, and GPIO—plus new high-density expansion connectors. Real-time microcontroller side runs Zephyr OS, and Linux apps can be developed directly on the board using Arduino App Lab, supporting Python, AI, and traditional Arduino sketches. UNO form factor ensures compatibility with the classic Arduino shields at the top, while advanced peripherals connect via new underside high-speed connectors In this video, I share my reaction, explain what this acquisition could mean for makers, students, and developers, and take a closer look at the powerful new Arduino board that’s taking the internet by storm. Watch till the end to know whether this is a new beginning for Arduino or a big shift in the open-source world! #Arduino #Qualcomm #ArduinoUNOQ #TechNews #MakerCommunity #EmbeddedSystems #IoT #Electronics
