The IC7100 has standard repeater offsets programmed in the 2m band (above Mhz) , which is +/- 600 kHz over the 2m band. But what if you want to set a non-standard offset? I had to do this on my 7100, and looked all over to find out how - it is not in the manual, perhaps because the answer is simple. Use the "split" and "A/B" buttons to set the offset to anything you like! If you want to see how to do this step-by-step, take a look at my video.
