In this video, I rigged a Doctor Octavius character using Rigify, a free Blender add-on, and retargeted a motion capture animation with the Rokoko Blender add-on (which is also free!). The character itself is a mix of different models—I started with a ZBrush model from Sketchfab and added a jacket from another model to create my own custom version of Doc Ock. If you're into animation, character rigging, or motion capture, this tutorial will help you bring your characters to life in Blender! 🚀 🎵 Music Credit: "Stardust Surfer" by Omni Slim @omnislim5381 3D Models: 1) Doc Ock - ZBrush Sculpt: 2) Doc Ock - No Way Home (Anime-like version :D ): 3) Tentacles: Timestamps: 0:00 Introduction 1:00 Setting Up the Character 3:15 Rigging with Rigify 4:25 Putting Character in T Pose 5:16 Parenting the Tentacles 6:30 Retargeting Mixamo Animation with Rokoko Blender Add-on 7:25 Refinements on the tentacles 8:00 Outro 🔹 Like, comment, and subscribe for more Blender & Unreal Engine content! 🎬
