Bobcat Zero Turn Electrical Nightmare – One Problem After Another!

This Bobcat Zero Turn mower came into the shop with a no start problem… but what we found was an electrical nightmare with problem after problem stacked on top of each other. The customer had already replaced the ignition switch and starter solenoid, but nothing worked. Once we dug in, we found: Wrong ignition switch (looked right, but wired different!) Bad replacement starter solenoid (the original was actually good!) Corroded fuse holder link Endless wiring headaches after the harness had been pulled apart Every time we fixed one problem, another one showed up. This mower fought us every step of the way!
