Dr. Xueyan Chen from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and University of Washington in Seattle discusses assessment of monocytic populations by flow cytometry. In this presentation she will review immunophenotypic alterations associated with reactive/regenerative conditions that can mimic monocytic neoplasms and will discuss strategies for measurable residual disease detection in monocytic neoplasms.
