UPDATE: Ugreen has updated the settings options when creating the Plex Container. There is now an option to enable Graphics Card Performance for Hardware Transcoding. Also some of the environments have been updated but the process is still the same. Thank you Ugreen! I decided to make a video because I didn't see any on how to setup PMS on Docker in Ugreen OS.
