Many organisations are stunned to learn that after moving to Microsoft Office 365 they have to install an on-premises Exchange server just to mange their emails in Exchange Online. Wasn't the point of moving to the cloud so they didn't have to manage servers? Fortunately there is now a fully-supported way to manage mailboxes in Office 365 without a hybrid Exchange server.
