Check out the Table of Adventure right here! - It's time to learn about the history of Dungeons and Dragons! Today on Monster of the Week, the internet show that deep dives into the lore and backstory behind the coolest, scariest, and most interesting monsters in D&D, we're going to be talking about Shadow Unicorns! Shadow Unicorns originally joined the D&D monster family in 2nd edition, unsurprisingly as part of the Ravenloft campaign setting. While they would be sure to terrorize the woodlands of Barovia, they never returned to D&D for an later editions, until now. While they may not be quite as unhinged as the protagonists(?) in Death of a Unicorn, they are still pretty great. As always the 5th edition / D&D 2024 stat block for this monster is linked below! ⬇️ Be sure to let me know how you plan to use this week's monstrous creature at your D&D group's game table! #DungeonsAndDragonsLore #DnD #MonsterLore The D&D 5E / D&D 2024 stat block for this monster: Join our thriving community and enhance your gameplay with exclusive content: Patreon: Discord: Reddit and the monster archive: 2nd Channel: @dungeondad2 Shouts out to @TheADHDM for editing this one!
