This video shows you how to setup the TFTPD64 as a syslog app on a PC to act as a syslog server. This method of collecting debug level information from a device is useful if the issue is random and/or sparse in nature. Tips: - Consider using the "tftpd64 standard edition (zip)" app, its a runtime app that does not install any software on the PC. - Please ensure the device you are trouble-shooting has the correct debug level enabled in effort the needed information is captured via syslog. - Please ensure the time stamps on the log are correct. - Please document the time stamp of the issue event(s). - Please document any pattern of events just before the issue occurred.
