One of the nice features PS3HEN and Evilnat CFW offer is the ability to relicense PKG formatted games easily with an accompanying .rap file. This has been covered in previous videos where I've showcased this feature, but a new feature which was experimental at first has now been integrated into both the latest PS3HEN and Evilnat CFW installations, which is supporting files! As opposed to having a .rap file for every single title you wish to relicense or activate, you can combine them all into one file to easily combine all of your licenses! This is incredibly helpful for FTP transfers as well, since transferring one single file is much easier than transferring many. This video will walk through the process of how this works, as well as how to create and even unpack a file! This method requires you to have a modified PS3 running the latest build of PS3HEN or Evilnat CFW. This video will assume you already own a modified console and have at least a basic understanding of how to navigate it. Finally, this method is intended for backup purposes. The games demonstrated within this tutorial are games I own and have been selected for that reason. You are responsible for obtaining your own files for use with this method.
